Daniel King
Board Chair
Daniel is a senior marketing leader with over 20 years of digital, communications and marketing experience with large complex organisations. As a digital leader, innovator and award winner, Daniel's clients have included the Australian Federal Government, State Government, and leading global and Australian organisations in the Health, Banking and Insurance, Utilities, Automotive, Education, and FMCG sectors. Daniel has a passion for the health sector and over 15 years of experience partnering government and industry to reach and engage with national, state, and local communities to tackle diverse general and specialist healthcare related issues and conditions.
Daniel (GAICD) has 12 years board governance experience with organisations focuses on improving health and safety outcomes, that have built digital platforms and online utilities to serve, support, educate and engage Australian audiences.

Marita Lincoln
Company Secretary
Marita is a lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in the information technology, outsourcing, technology transformation and intellectual property areas. Marita over 15 years with Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer and is now an independent consultant. Marita has advised clients on a broad range of projects, including complex systems acquisition and integration projects, the acquisition of cloud computing services, large-scale outsourcing projects and agreements relating to the licensing, acquisition, and assignment of all forms of intellectual property rights. Marita has worked with leading Australian and global companies across a range of sectors, including telecommunications, mining, retail, and consumer goods in business critical transactions. Marita’s clients have included Telstra, NBN Co, Orica, Wesfarmers, and Coles. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and has a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.

Jackie Urquhart
Board Director
Jackie Urquhart is a Superintendent with Victoria Police, bringing over 20 years’ experience in prosecutions, investigations, intelligence and governance. She has held a range of operational and strategic roles, including leading complex reform initiatives and managing high-risk, sensitive matters. As a Board Member of Crime Stoppers Victoria, Jackie draws on her policing experience to support efforts that empower the public to share information that helps prevent and solve crime.

Lisa D’Amico
Board Director
Lisa is a people-centred leader and Non-Executive Director with over 20 years' experience across commercial, not-for-profit, and social enterprise sectors. Her career spans global executive and interim C-Suite roles, and extensive governance positions, bringing transformation expertise to organisations from ASX-listed companies to founder-led businesses .As former Global CMO of Aesop, Lisa has led organisations through significant growth and change. Her extensive governance experience includes serving as Non-Executive Director for Eco Guardians (2020-2023), a commercial food-waste organisation, and Crimestoppers Victoria, where she is an integral member of the Strategy & Growth Committee. Lisa's unique strengths lie in solving complex problems through creative thinking balanced with commercial requirements. She excels at mediating and aligning stakeholders, inspiring teams around clearly defined challenges, and bringing order to chaos in an energising way. Known for her ability to harness thought diversity and transform ideas into sound business strategies, she is respected by fellow Board members for her contribution and considered opinion, particularly in relation to brand growth and reputation management. A graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business (d.school) in Customer Focused Innovation and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Peter Dean
Board Director
For over 20 years Peter has been a strategic advisor to public and private sector organisations across Australia and the Asia Pacific, working to align strategic vision with technology and business services market capability. This has included formulating strategic sourcing strategies, designing operating models as well as developing effective procurement and contract management approaches for third-party services. Peter was previously held senior technology executive leadership positions in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors as well as being on the board of a Private Equity owned boutique Australian IT advisory firm. He also volunteers at a community based NFP providing emergency relief to individuals and families. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has a Master of Business Administration.

Damien Manuel
Board Director
Damien Manuel is currently the General Manager, Regulatory Affairs at Property Exchange Australia (PEXA) and an Adjunct Professor at Deakin University. Damien has extensive experience in cyber security and is on CompTIA’s Executive Advisory Committee in the USA, the board of RSA Australia, the Board for Oceania Cyber Security Centre (OCSC), the National Chair of Standards Australia’s Standards development committee for cyber security and privacy and is on the audit and risk committee for the Australian Conservation Foundation (ACF). Damien is also a member of the Resilience Expert Advisory Group (REAG) advising the Trusted Information Sharing Network (TISN) and the Critical Infrastructure Advisory Council (CIAC) on practical ways to improve organisational resilience to support security and resilience uplift under the Department of Home Affairs and is a member of the Industry Innovation and Science Australia Cooperative Research Centres Advisory Committee.

Paul Millett
Commander APM
Commander Paul Millett is a highly regarded and well-respected police officer within Victoria who, throughout his more than 38 year career at Victoria Police, has demonstrated a deep commitment to the safety of the community of Victoria. Commander Millett has had a very broad and varied career encompassing general duties policing, criminal investigation, taskforce policing, covert operations, licencing, and project management. Commander Millett has been awarded the Victoria Police Service Medal, National Police Service Medal, National Medal and several other commendations during his 38 years of service. In January 2021, Commander Millett was awarded the Australian Police Medal (APM). Commander Millett has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Management and a graduate Diploma in Applied Leadership.
Catherine Sim
Board Director
Catherine is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, corporate services, and governance across the public and not-for-profit sectors. With a proactive and strategic approach, she has worked closely with CEOs, executive teams, and boards to drive financial sustainability, lead organisational transformation, and optimise operating models. Catherine has held senior leadership roles including CFO and Head of Finance within government and Not for Profit entities. She has a long history of community involvement and currently serves in other not-for-profit boards. She is a Fellow of CPA Australia, holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Faith Page
Board Director
Faith has over 30 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in professional services leading outsourced internal audit programs and services, as well as advising international and Australian corporations’ executive teams, boards, and audit and risk committees on regulatory compliance, and the governance of their digital transformation programs and initiatives, and operational, data, cyber, and technology risk management. Faith has deep expertise in operational, technology, information security and cyber risk management. After an early career with IBM project managing large technology and systems transformation initiatives in the manufacturing and mining sector, Faith went on to lead EY’s Financial Services Technology and Security Risk and Assurance practice for 16 years. She also held senior/partnership roles with Ashurst, BDO, and Deloitte. Faith is also a member of the Board of Directors of BankVic where she chairs the Risk committee and is a member of the Digital Transformation and Cyber Committee and Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) Gippsland Regional Advisory forum

Veronica Hall
Board Director
Veronica Hall has over 20 years of leadership experience in governance, risk, cyber security, privacy and audit roles. Veronica is known for taking a pragmatic and customer-centric approach to governance, risk and compliance, and expertly balances risk with customer expectations, business requirements, ethics, technology, financial considerations, and legislative obligations. Veronica is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, has a Graduate Certificate in Internal Auditing and is passionate about volunteering for causes which support communities.

Stella Smith
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Stella Smith is the Chief Executive of Crime Stoppers Victoria and a Deputy Chair of Crime Stoppers Australia. She is an AICD graduate who also serves as Deputy Chair of VicHealth and is a member of that organisation’s Finance, Audit and Risk Committee. Stella has previously held senior executive roles with Melbourne Victory Football Club and ‘Life. Be in it’ Australia. She has also held board positions with Blue Light Victoria, and Women’s Health East. She is passionate about promoting gender equality and social inclusion and was an inaugural ‘Change Our Game’ Ambassador through the Office for Women in Sport and Recreation. Stella has broad experience in community, government and stakeholder engagement, advertising, and health promotion. Her experience spans commercial and the not-for-profit sectors. Stella joined Crime Stoppers Victoria as Chief Executive in 2019.
