Aggravated Burglary - St Albans - Thursday, 26 September 2019

Police are seeking to identify a man after an alleged aggravated burglary in St. Albans on Thursday, 26 September 2019.

At about 3.40pm, it is alleged a man entered a property on Ruth Street through an open door. He confronted a resident in the front bedroom, demanding their cell phone.

The man is believed to have fled the property after the victim screamed.

Police have released CCTV images of a man whom they believe may be able to assist in their inquiries.

He is perceived to be of Caucasian appearance, solid build with blue eyes. He has a distinctive dark-coloured tattoo on the top of his right forearm.

He was wearing a red cap, short-sleeve black top with white stripes and numbers on the front and back, dark jeans and blue and white runners.
