The Board of Crime Stoppers Victoria (CSV) is proud to announce the appointment of Stella Smith to the position of Chief Executive Officer of CSV.
Stella’s appointment follows an extensive executive search which attracted many well credentialled candidates.
Stella has held a number of senior leadership roles in the community and public health sectors, establishing and overseeing complex programs and heading up significant projects with well-known organisations such as Melbourne Victory and Life. Be In It.
Stella holds a Masters Degree in Marketing and a Graduate Diploma in Business. Stella has worked closely with Government and Victoria Police establishing valued community partnerships and is a current member of the Blue Light Victoria Board.
Stella also holds a Board position with VicHealth and is an ambassador for the Office of Women in Sport and Recreation.
Stella comes to CSV with extensive expertise in stakeholder engagement, the ability to execute strategy and a drive to succeed. We are particularly excited by Stella’s success in working with large and diverse communities and her ability to lead and develop staff.

Stella will commence with CSV on Monday 20th May 2019.
